"This was the best AC repair experience that I have had. They told me that they would arrive at 9 AM and they arrived at 9 AM. I know that is not possible each time, but this is the first time when "9 to 11" turned out to be 9. The AC tech diagnosed the problem with the coil and gave me three possible solutions. He did not push in any way the most expensive option, and, in fact, I decided on it because it allowed me to exercise parts warranty. Top notch professionalism."
